Shipping For Online Orders

General Flat-Rate Shipping Terms
Get 3-5 business day delivery to anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States, or select express delivery to get your order faster! Orders are shipped UPS or USPS depending on best availability. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door. Orders over $150 will automatically get FREE SHIPPING!

$8.99 flat-rate ground shipping. USA only, 3-5 business days for most orders. Free shipping on orders over $150. Available for the US Only.

In-Store Pickup
If you choose in-store pickup during checkout, come on into The Denim Lounge at 2039 West Roscoe St., Chicago, IL 60618 during business hours to pick up your order. Items will be available for pickup at the latest the following business day after 11am, but can be ready in as little as 1 hour. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you need your order sooner, please call the shop at 773-935-2820. We are also available at info@thedenimlounge.com to answer any additional in-store pickup questions.

Returns

Online Return Policy

Regular priced merchandise purchased from our web store may be returned within 14 days accompanied with the original receipt, unworn, with original tags for a full refund. Sale merchandise up to 50% off can be returned within 14 days accompanied with the original receipt, unworn, with the original tags for a store credit. Merchandise 51% off or more is considered a Final Sale.

In-Store Return Policy
Credit card refunds within 7 days with original receipt and all tags attached to the item. After 7 days, only store credit will be issued. No cash refunds. Sale merchandise exchangeable for store credit only. Sidewalk sale and sale merchandise 50% or more are considered a final sale.

If you have purchased and item and wish to exchange it for another size, please email us at info@thedenimlounge.com. Or call the store at 773-935-2820 for more information. You can also bring your web purchase back to the store for return or exchange. Please note there will be a slight charge to ship items.

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances: After 14 days of receiving an order, dissatisfaction after testing a product for a period of time that renders it "used", damages to a product due to improper use.

Defective Merchandise
If an item is defective in any way, we'll cover the cost of the return and/or exchange.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on products on 'Clearance' of more than 51%.
